Electronic Resource Management Internationalization i18n@discuss.folio.org - Wiki - The Internationalization SIG reviews user interface design, data storage, and OKAPI platform design for issues related to internationalization of the user interface and underlying data storage. User Interface / User Experience ux@discuss.folio.org Reporting rpt@discuss.folio.org - wiki - The Reporting SIG group will examine the needs of reporting in each functional area and the reporting needs of institutions. Consortia consort@discuss.folio.org - Wiki - The Consortia SIG works on use cases and review feature implementations for inter-institutional relationships that FOLIO should support. Sysops and Management sysops@discuss.folio.org - Wiki - Accessibility a11y@discuss.folio.org - wiki - works with the developers and the user interface designers to ensure principles of universal design are embedded in the FOLIO platform and apps. Metadata Management mm@discuss.folio.org - Wiki - defines essential bibliographic management functions: creating, editing, suppressing, deleting, importing, exporting, replacing, overlaying, and reporting. Defines essential data elements of a bibliographic control module. User Management um@discuss.folio.org - Wiki - Guides the integration of authentication systems (such as Shibboleth, OAUTH, InCommon) and authorization systems (Grouper) into the FOLIO platform. The SIG defines privileges associated with the various types of users. Incorporates issues of privacy of personally identifiable information. Resource Access ra@discuss.folio.org - Wiki - Defines essential circulation functions: checking out and discharging library materials. Defines patron types, loan types, fines and fees structures, recalls, holds. Defines essential reporting functions. Advises developers on the interactions needed between libraries and other parties necessary for successful sharing of resources, whether through shared consortial collections, interlibrary loan options, or other mechanisms.
