Hello,

I’m attempting to create an account for the discuss.folio.org site and I continue to get the following error:

New registrations are not allowed from your IP address (maximum limit reached). Contact a staff member.

Can you help me with this issue or direct me to someone who can?

I apologize it has taken so long to get back to you. You and your colleagues are tripping up against one of the malicious behavior prevention mechanisms. I’ve increased the maximum number of new registrations. Alternatively, send me the list of users and I send invitations to join discuss.folio.org that bypass the mechanism.

Hello Peter,

I no longer receive the IP error but am now receiving a “Incorrect username, email or password” error. Can you send me an invitation to move this along?
