Defining Alerts & Notifications in Inventory (and MarcCat)

Sparked by the RM discussion about alerts & notifications for purchase orders, the MM SIG is defining alerts & notifications for Instance, Holdings, Item, and Container records in Inventory. We are also looking at similar alerts & notifications in MarcCat.
