Yes it does. You can see the Arabic UI at Arabic FOLIO group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/256312058614426/
It is fair to say that FOLIO UI is going to be a Natural Language Agnostic!

Peter… It would not be possible for Dina Hasim to accomplish the Arabic translation so far without your persistent follow up with all stakeholders in the localization process to get their support in time. Thanks @peter.
