1 - How can we install it on windows, without using vigrant.
2- How can we use asp.net to develop modules?
3- Which modules are default modules in folio after first installation?

All the FOLIO specifics aside, If you need to run it on Windows, I would investigate using WSL in Windows and build it on that environment.
