yes, this is possible.
In the Circulations Settings you have a rule

which refers to a Patron Notice Policy

The notice policy refers to a Patron Notice Template which has to be defined before:

In the Patron Notice Policy you can set the Date/Time for sending the notice, e.g. 1 week after due date.
