Timepicker Issue

There are issues about the Timepicker. When the locale language is Chinese Simplified, I can not choose the Am or Pm and it will return errors when clicking the button(set time).

Also, page layout has an impact when using Timepicker.

Hello @jiaoxufeng. Could you report this as a bug on issues.folio.org? It isn’t clear to me whether the problem is Stripes or in the underlying React code.
