The FOLIO apps related to acquisitions continue to evolve. This forum shows how the Organizations app, the Orders app, the Invoice app, and the Finance app work together to perform the acquisitions work for a library, including:
- Adding an organization
- Making an organization a Vendor
- Creating a one time and an on-going order
- Creating purchase order lines for different material formats
- Talk about how the funds will link to orders
- Receiving those items
- How an acq person might place holds on on-order items
