The FOLIO user interface toolkit is being built on React and uses Redux to maintain state within the browser application and cache the RESTful communication with the server. The user interface toolkit is called Stripes and you can follow that link to its source code and documentation on GitHub. Please note that at this time (November 2016), development on Stripes is very active; there will be numerous additions and a few changes of direction as the project moves forward.
