Is it possible for all staff to see the email thread or is it visible only to the specific staff who is corresponding?

I think the intention is to allow authorized staff (those authorized to view the contact) to be able to see the conversation. The idea behind storing this type of information in FOLIO is to allow others to pick up the thread of conversation in cases where the original person is not available.
