Issue setting up test FOLIO Site - Problem deploying backend modules

I’m trying to set up a test site to try out FOLIO, and have to be honest, I’m feeling a little out of my depth.
I’m getting as far as deploying the backend modules before I run into the following error:

connect(…) failed: Permission denied: /var/run/docker.sock

I’ve checked to make sure that the docker users group exists and my user is part of it. Docker’s Hello-World runs no problem.

Can anyone point out something I might have missed or misunderstood during a previous step that might help me get to the bottom of this?
