New method to replace “localhost by hostname on the demo box” (Ansible)

The instructions at folio-ansible/index.md at master · folio-org/folio-ansible · GitHub seems to only apply to older Prebuilt Vagrant boxes, specifically Kiwi (R3 2021) available as “folio/release-core”.

I am wondering if the newer process for setting the OKAPI for a newer Vagrant VM can be added to the documentation?

I would like to make use of newer images, preferably “folio/release”
